Welcome to the 25th anniversary US Women's Disc Golf Championships — the largest and longest-running women's disc golf event in the world.
Brighton Resort sits at 9,000 feet in Big Cottonwood Canyon. Championship rounds play 3.4 miles down the mountain with chairlift access for players.
This guide has everything you need to follow the action at Brighton — where to go, what to bring, and how to be a great gallery member.
Only OB boundary ropes are deployed on course. Maintain at least 6 feet of distance from all ropes and marked boundaries at all times.
Brighton sits at 8,755 ft — nearly a mile higher than Salt Lake City. The altitude affects everyone, players and spectators alike.
Brighton is in Big Cottonwood Canyon, a protected Salt Lake City watershed. Special rules apply to everyone in the canyon.
Follow signs up Big Cottonwood Canyon (SR-190). Brighton is at the top of the canyon, ~14 miles from the I-215 exit.
Overflow parking available in upper lots. Carpooling encouraged — canyon parking is limited.
This is a Salt Lake City watershed protection law. Dogs are not permitted anywhere in the canyon, including inside vehicles.
