How it works

From entry fee

01 — Play league

$3 of your weekly entry is earmarked for the course you played that week. It accrues automatically.

02 — Steward requests

Your course steward identifies what needs work, files a Project Request with photos and a budget estimate.

03 — ElevateUT approves

Board reviews within 14 days. Approved projects get funded. Steward buys materials, uploads receipts.

04 — Work gets done

Volunteers build it. Steward documents completion. Reimbursement posts within 30 days.

What it pays for

Concrete tee pad pours, basket replacement, signage, brush clearing, ADA path repairs — anything the course steward and city parks dept agree on.

How to request

Course stewards file a Project Request through their club portal. Approved within 14 days. Receipts uploaded; reimbursement hits in 30.
